About the 2022 Ornament COLLECTION
I started painting ornaments in 2016, curious whether my favorite medium, acrylic ink, would create a kind of stained-glass effect on glass. I bought one set of glass ornaments and tried it out and I was hooked. Since then I have painted around 100 ornaments each year. This year, the collection tops 150!
Each of the little spheres is like its own little glistening world. But it goes beyond the classic sphere - I’ve loved expanding to new shapes and sizes and infinite color combinations. This year, snowflakes and stars are brand-new shapes.
